Frequently asked questions
What do you mean by AI automation?
Software that does more than follow fixed rules: it can read a letter, assign an email to a topic or recognise the photo of an invoice. For you, that means you can hand over tasks that until now only a person could do.
How long does a project take?
Small automations, such as reading invoices, are ready in two to three weeks. Larger connections between several programs take six to twelve weeks. You see a first working result after a few days.
Is our data safe?
Everything we build runs on servers in Germany or the EU. We only use services that confirm in writing that they will not use your data for their own purposes, and we sign a data processing agreement for every project.
Will our staff have to relearn everything?
As little as possible. We build on the programs you already use. Training is short and free of jargon.
