Privacy policy

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer. Please send any questions about data protection to the address above.

• No cookies, no analytics or advertising services, no third-party embeds.
• Fonts and icons are hosted on our own server. Visiting the site creates no connection to Google or other providers.
• Data from the enquiry form goes into our own customer system on a server in Germany.

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. We have a data processing agreement with ALL-INKL under Art. 28 GDPR.

With every visit the server briefly stores: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, the previous page and browser information. We need this to run the site securely and reliably and to detect attacks. The server stores IP addresses only in shortened form, without the last block of digits, so they can no longer be traced to a connection. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

If you switch between light and dark mode at the top of the page, your browser remembers the choice in local storage (entry “nl-thema”). This information does not leave your device. It is strictly necessary for the function you requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). If you choose “system setting”, the entry is deleted.

When you write to us via the form, we process your request, your name and your email address, optionally your salutation, title, company and phone number, and the page you wrote from. The data is sent encrypted to our own customer system at crm.webcase.eu and stored there as a case so that we can reply and handle your enquiry.

The customer system runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. We have a data processing agreement with Hetzner.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. If the enquiry leads to an order, we keep business records for as long as commercial and tax law require.

The “I am human” check. To stop programs from sending enquiries in bulk, your browser solves a small calculation. To do so, it loads a task from our customer system. No cookies are set and no third-party services are used. Your IP address is held only in memory to slow down too many enquiries from one connection and is discarded after 24 hours at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (protection against abuse).

If you email or call us, we process your details to answer your request. Legal basis and deletion as for the enquiry form.

Our mailbox is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Google Workspace). Emails to us are stored there. We have a data processing agreement with Google under Art. 28 GDPR. Google may also process data in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

Our contact page contains a link to WhatsApp. WhatsApp only opens when you click it. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, a Meta group company. Data may be transferred to the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For confidential matters we recommend email or phone. If you write to us via WhatsApp, the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give by sending the message.

We link, for example, to funding banks or photo sources. As long as you do not click, no data flows to these providers. After you click, the provider’s own privacy policy applies.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

Right to object: where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us: Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte, Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany.

We do not make automated decisions within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You are not obliged to provide data, but without contact details we cannot answer your enquiry.
